Statistical process control tracks process data over time so drift is caught and corrected before it becomes a nonconformance.
Metallurgy Lab
In-house metallurgical evaluation confirms that material properties meet the requirements of the application.
Spline & Gear Checking
Dedicated checking capabilities verify spline and gear geometry against the tolerances the part requires.
Micro-Hardness Testing
Micro-hardness testing confirms that heat-treated and coated surfaces achieve the hardness the part calls for.
