Every manufacturing process you'll need — more than 32 — is fully integrated in house at TCS. That in-house depth lets TCS furnish complete, value-added components and assemblies across more than 500 active part numbers.
Because complex parts can be fully machined within our Rock Valley location, customers avoid the additional cost and lead time of sending parts to another supplier for completion. Machining, grinding, heat treating, coating and assembly all happen under one roof, coordinated by the same engineering and quality teams from first drawing to finished part.
